I made it two years cancer free and I am so happy. I was reading a pancreatic cancer news letter that I get. in it was a story about a woman who after 6 years had her cancer come back. this hit home because she was also in her 30’s when diagnosed and had the same type of tumor that I had. she went to Switzerland and had treatment done and now has survived 2 years post treatment. she had survived a total of 9 years..I pray that I make it 9 years with mine NEVER coming back!!!

I have to say thought reading her story it gave me hope that even if it does there are treatments out there that are working. we have come so far in the treatment of this horrible cancer!! the numbers are still to high however…over 30,000 people diagnosed every year and only 5% will survive more than a few years. Well I have made it 2 years and 2 months and I plan to be here for the next 40 or 50 years..I want to grow old with my husband and see our grad daughter grow up!!!
